pkrbt Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pkrbt website, located at https://pkrbt.cam (the "Platform"), including all content, features, information and services made available through the Platform.

pkrbt is an independent English-language information and review platform. It is operated for the purpose of providing educational content, operator reviews, payment method overviews and responsible-gambling resources to users based primarily in Pakistan. pkrbt does not operate a gambling service, does not accept deposits, and does not place wagers or transact financially on behalf of any user.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Platform. If you access the Platform on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that "You" in these Terms refers to both you personally and to that person or entity.

pkrbt reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform to any user at its absolute discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable Operator or its licence jurisdiction, to use the Platform. pkrbt does not knowingly provide services to minors. If we become aware that a user is under the minimum required age, access will be terminated immediately.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Users are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform, and any engagement with third-party Operators referenced on the Platform, is lawful in their jurisdiction. pkrbt does not represent that the Platform or any content on it is appropriate or available in all locations. Pakistan has specific legislation — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — that may restrict online gambling activity. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have satisfied yourself as to the applicable legal position in your jurisdiction.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Where any third-party Operator permits account registration, Users are typically required to maintain only one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. The creation of multiple accounts with any Operator for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing verification requirements or otherwise gaming the system is strictly prohibited by virtually all Operators and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. pkrbt strongly advises users to read each Operator's specific account policies before registering.

4.4 Accurate Registration Information

Where an Operator requires account registration, all information provided must be accurate, complete and up-to-date. Providing false information — including false name, date of birth, address, payment details or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of those Operators' terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

The Platform is provided for lawful, personal, non-commercial informational use only. By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, provincial, national or international law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or systems connected to the Platform;
• Introduce any virus, trojan horse, worm, logic bomb, keystroke logger, spyware, adware or other malicious or technologically harmful material;
• Systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools, scrapers, crawlers or robots without prior written consent from pkrbt;
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose any part of the Platform or its Content without express written authorisation from pkrbt;
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications (spam) using or referencing the Platform;
• Impersonate pkrbt, its employees, other users or any other person or entity;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its operation.

pkrbt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any user found to be in breach of these conduct requirements, without notice and at its sole discretion.

pkrbt is an information platform and does not itself operate any betting, casino or gaming service. The following provisions apply to pkrbt's role as an informational intermediary:

6.1 Operator Rules Apply

Any betting, gaming or wagering activity undertaken by a User is governed entirely by the rules, terms and conditions of the relevant third-party Operator. pkrbt has no authority over, and accepts no responsibility for, the settlement of bets, the calculation of winnings, the fairness of games, or any other aspect of gambling activity conducted on third-party platforms.

6.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

Nothing on the Platform constitutes a guarantee of any betting or gaming outcome. Odds, RTP figures and jackpot examples presented on the Platform are illustrative only. Past outcomes, historical data and statistical analyses provided on the Platform do not predict or guarantee future results. All gambling involves risk and you should never wager more than you are prepared to lose.

6.3 Sports Coverage

Where the Platform references sports including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC or other events, this is for educational, contextual and informational purposes only. pkrbt does not act as a bookmaker and does not set, quote or guarantee any odds. References to specific sporting events are not endorsements or predictions.

6.4 Game Information

Descriptions of casino games, live dealer titles, slot mechanics, RTP ranges and other game information on the Platform are provided for educational purposes only. Actual game specifications, payout percentages and rules are determined by the Operator and the game studio, and may vary from those described on the Platform.

7.1 Illustrative Examples Only

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses described on the Platform are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) imposed by the Operator. pkrbt presents example wagering figures (such as "30× rollover") for illustrative purposes only. Actual wagering requirements may differ materially from any example presented. Users must check the Operator's current terms before accepting any bonus.

7.3 Bonus Terms Checklist

Before accepting any bonus from an Operator, pkrbt recommends verifying the following directly with the Operator:

• The exact wagering/rollover requirement applicable to the bonus;
• The validity period within which the wagering requirement must be met;
• Any game restrictions or contribution rates (e.g., slots may contribute 100% while live casino tables may contribute less);
• The minimum deposit required to trigger the bonus;
• Maximum bet size permitted while a bonus is active;
• Whether the bonus is available in PKR or requires currency conversion;

8.3 Currency

Monetary examples on the Platform are presented in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual transactions with Operators may be subject to currency conversion fees if the Operator's account currency differs from PKR. Users should verify currency options and conversion rates directly with the relevant Operator.

The Platform and all of its Content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, page layout and software — are the property of pkrbt or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its Content;
• Any collection and use of product listings, descriptions or prices;
• Any derivative use of the Platform or its Content;
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another person or entity;
• Any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

9.2 Third-Party Marks

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of third parties mentioned on the Platform — including payment providers, sports leagues and gaming studios — are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship arrangement with pkrbt unless explicitly stated.

pkrbt is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its users. The collection, use and processing of your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. pkrbt does not sell personal data to third parties. Where the Platform uses analytics, cookies or similar technologies, this is disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrbt, its directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Content;
• Any losses, costs or damages suffered as a result of gambling activity undertaken with any Operator referenced or reviewed on the Platform;
• Any inaccuracy, incompleteness or outdated status of any bonus, promotion or Operator information described on the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any part of it;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;
• Any statement or conduct of any third party on or via the Platform.

11.1 No Warranty

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. pkrbt makes no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements, be error-free, secure or continuously available.

11.2 Operator Conduct

pkrbt has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the conduct, policies, systems or outcomes of any third-party Operator. Any dispute arising from your use of an Operator's platform must be resolved directly with that Operator in accordance with their published dispute-resolution procedures.

pkrbt is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. Gambling can be enjoyable entertainment for many people, but it carries serious risks — including financial loss, addiction and harm to mental health and personal relationships. pkrbt does not endorse problem gambling and actively promotes the use of responsible-gambling tools.

12.1 Adults Only

All gambling-related content on the Platform is intended for adults aged 18 or above only (or the higher minimum required by the relevant Operator or licence jurisdiction). This is a strict requirement and is not open to interpretation. It does not alone make gambling lawful in Pakistan — users must independently assess their legal obligations.

12.2 Available Tools

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

Material changes to these Terms will, where reasonably practicable, be communicated to users via a notice on the Platform's homepage or other prominent location on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
